Book of Fiends

Awesome, I always felt like I was kinda missing out on some good devil/demon action (and from what I heard about Fiend Folio, I didnt buy it) so Im hoping this is done right! I think compendiums of things that have come out during the last few years of 3e are going to be really popular, at least with me. I'm also looking forward to Bad Axe Games' Hardcover with all of the Heroes of High Fantasy info. Of course Creature Collection Revised is also on the radar.

Anyone else looking forward to Book of Fiends or know any other "compendium-updated-to-3.5" products in the works?

Sweet! The Unholy Warriors Handbook has given us a taste of what the Gehenna book will be like - Ruling personaliities modeled after each of the major sevens sins - I'm stoked!

Thanks

I have a file of conversions I've been working on for a couple months now. I have every Baatezu, Tanar'ri, and Yugoloth that was ever featured in Planescape.

Some of them are a bit different from the official write-ups in the MM 3.5. I wanted them to be as close to the Planescape stats as I could (seeing as that's the game I'm running right now).

Anybody interested in seeing some of it?

I hadn't heard about that book but I've been meaning to pick up Legions of Hell and Armies of the Abyss for quite some time so this looks like a must buy. I'm glad to see that they're upgrading it to hardcover.

I resisted buying the Fiend Folio until yesterday, and the Book of Vile Darkness until a couple of weeks ago, but I'm glad that I finally broke down and bought them both. In particular, the prestige classes in the Fiend Folio are really cool. As for the BoVD, it has a lot of cool stuff in it, and really isn't over the top the way all the hype made it out to be. In my case at least, the marketing campaign did more harm than good.

What I'd really like to see is a all-in-one fiend compilation. I hate having to flip through several different books when I'm trying to find a demon or devil to throw at the party. I would gladly pay for material I already have in various monster books to have it all collected in one convenient place in a nice format.

I'm dissapointed they didn't get the daemon book out before 3.5 hit.

Not me. Saves me the trouble of having to update it to 3.5. Some of those damage reduction rules are a pain I tell you.

Looking forward to this sucker in November.
