Book of Infinite Spells game stats?

Hey guys, I just got the Pathfinder 3.5 rules and was disappointed to find that one of my favourite magic items from 1st edition was missing - The Book of Infinite Spells.

I vaguely recall how it worked but really need the proper info to use it in game. Does anyone of the stats for this magic item or know where I can get them for D&D 3.5?
