I sent one of the Player's Handbooks to them and they replaced it. Unfortunately, it took about five weeks to get the replacement. I would suggest getting a number from support, so UPs will pick the book up, then you won't need to pay for shipping. I've heard that they'll give you a gift certificate if you pay for shipping to WOTC, but from what I hear, the amount doesn't square with what you'll pay to ship it to WOTC.</p></blockquote><p></p>
