Alright, my gf clued me into it.

Start with the tank on the right side, with the missle just a smidgen to the right of the lower right-hand engineer. Full power, and the grenades should be placed so most of them are just to the left of the front wheel. You need to hit the middle one first, then upper left, upper right, lower right, and then lower left on the bounce.

[EDIT] And now I'm stuck on level 32. I can get all but one, and I'm sick of fiddling.

Level 32: The middle of the front wheel is between the "L" and the top corner of the Launch button, power is nearly to the max, with the max line showing, the grenades and directly below where the passenger should sit. Time for level 33.

Took me 2:57 to beat. My neck hurt like crazy afterward. It's interesting that the solution is hardly ever fewer grenades.
