That's one strong building to have its legs knocked out from under it and not collapse completely. Looks like someone made a calculation mistake.

The walls were stronger than they expected. Looks like the original builder overbuilt. It happens. A structure's official specs will say one thing, the building itself will say another. But you have to listen to the building.

But what if it says things like "DON'T KILL ME!" "FOR GOD'S SAKE, I'VE GOT 12 TENAMENTS TO RAISE!" or "HELP, I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP!"
