What's the deal??

This spell has a range of touch, and under Targets it says "Up to three creatures, no two of whom can be more than 15' apart."

How's this work?

If you have a giant spell caster with 10' reach its possible for targets to be 20' away from each other.

OTOH it looks like a typo to me

You can hold touch spells, you know, and use it in a later round

Maybe you touch one creature and up to two others (within the 15' limitation) are also affected?

Or it's a typo.

Right, but the spell's discharged once you touch anything, so I'd think you'd have to be able to touch all the targets at once.
