Message: <blockquote data-quote="Shard O'Glase" data-source="post: 412468" data-attributes="member: 1134">I'd rule that hunters mercy isn't in my game.  Compare it to the feat in MoTW, I think its called power critical.  It allows you once per day for a weapon chosen when you purchase the feat to call i advance a critical threat.  If you hit whether or not it would crit it is considered a critical threat, if it was a crit anyways hey you jsut wasted your once a day ability.  It's pre-reqs are I beleive improved critical and a +12BAB.  Yeah a 1st level ranger spell that is better than a +12bab feat I'm going to let into my games.    Manyshot seems almost as bad, I don't have the book its from so I don't know exactly what the feat does, but a single attack launches multiple arrows, on one attack roll and I've seen people emntion 4 extra arrows. (I'm asuming if you full attack something like 40 arrows isn't launched) Yeah lets basically give somoene the rogues sneak attack ability on a single attack for a feat instead of having to spend 9 levels in the class. Or bascially give a full attack while someone is performing a shot on the run, but its not at the crappy full attack bonuses.</blockquote>
