The playtest was written for 3.0, mixing things written for 3.0 and things written for 3.5 in general cause balance problems. These can be handled but they must be looked at first in order to ensure they mesh together.You can get the latest version from the following link. Just replace the playtest chapters 1 and 2 with the sanctioned ones.  Note that there are some major changes to blood abilities and feats in the revision. Are you playing a primarily domain level game, adventure level or a mix of both?  The style of game determines which feats are best or at least better than others, for instance in an adventure level game any feat that provides domain level benefits (such as Regent Focus) is pretty much useless.<a href="http://www.birthright.net/showthread.php?t=2628" target="_blank">http://www.birthright.net/showthread.php?t=2628</a></blockquote>
