D&D 5E [Brancalonia] Brawl rules question

In the spaghetti D&D setting of Brancalonia by Acheron Games there is a separate ruleset for brawls. Basically the type of fistfight one expect from a Bud Spencer & Terence Hill.

The rules are mostly straight forward, but I struggle with one part.
Each class gets a "Class brawl feature". For example, barbarians get the "Enraged and furious" which basically gives them +1 Whack (damage).

Are these class brawl features moves (so can only be used a limited number of times) or are they available unlimited times during a Brawl?

Oooh! Finally some discussion about my favourite third party 5e game!

Based on their wording, I’d consider them as moves. The Barbarian, for example, is prefixed with “This turn…” so to me that implies that it isn’t always on.

Comparing the effects of the Class Brawl Features to the general and magic moves, they seem to be of about the same potency (if not a bit more so).

Cheers!

I would have called them "class moves". And some of them could be always on for given class, like the bonus damage for barbarian and the attack twice for monks. But the magic users' class feature is a letdown. +1 whack for a move does not seem to be strong. It is a guaranteed +1 Whack, as it is used after a successful attack.
