Howdy!
I have a question about Briar Web (Spell from Complete Divine) that came up this past session. One of my players cast the spell into some goblins. Most of them saved. The question comes up if the Briar Web does anything on the following round, like try to entangle the saved characters, or if it just impeedes thier movement?
I read the spell and it seems to indicate that after the spell goes off it just impeedes movement if the creatures saved but I would like a second opinion.
