Bride of Portable Hole Contributors?

With the anouncement of a print release I'm wondering how many people here contributed material in Bride of a Portable Hole Full of Beer and what you contributed?

In the interests of full disclosure I am responsible for the summon blind-deaf kobold spell.
And the d20 pickup lines.

I wrote the flunky prestige class, which is actually designed for use in a non-silly game, albeit in a comic relief role for the most part.

I wrote the "Magic WeaPuns" article, and also did up the stats for the cyclopean breech serpent (AKA the "one-eyed trouser snake") and the dire rhea.

I wrote the Elemental Plane of Candy, but not the regular marshmallow golem. That was in the original Portable Hole Full of Beer. I just thought it worked well with my idea and came up with the improved version.
