Broken: The Memory of Solaris Again thanks for the positive feedback! The (ex) planet's name is Solaris. There is no space traffic, although some is hinted at in the art. I'd like to think there is enough flavor. There are optional rules for restricting high level spells but the chief restrictions are resources. Most people don't have the resources to research high level spells and finding them is also unlikely. Once you can planeshift, there are no restrictions on leaving. There is even a parallel world that is touched on several times in the book. Some survivors will have left. High level characters tend to be heads of communities, each with their own goals - to leave, rebuild or find a new world. The Portrait (print) version has 113 pages, plus cover and back. The landscape version has 117 pages plus cover. (The art content is the same in both versions. The margins are a slightly narrower in the Portrait version accounting for the page difference.) I'm not sure what the final prices will be so I'll let `Le post them. POD I just received the first test-print from Lulu. I think it looks amazing. I can't wait to release it. Some of the transparent surfaces are just barely visible in the print, so I'm going to fix them. The print book is soft cover, perfect bound with a glossy cover and full color interior. It's portrait orientation, 8.5 x 11 inches (legal size). Print Friendly I have created a Black and White version and I faded the black areas of the main background so it won't use as much ink, without fading the text. Mark Charke
