Okay someone just posted a [4e] homebrew about how they are changing this expected D&D norm

an i though why not get a topic going on ways to change the expected.

The World is a Common place
The World is Decaying
The World is Explored
Monsters are Extinct
Adventurers are Common
The Common Races Band mistrust each other
Magic is Everyday, but it is not Natural
Gods and Primordials are made by the belief of people
Gods are close to their worshippers

what kind of world is this?
