Does anyone know of any sites that can give help to buliding a PC from case on up?

At one time Tech TV had a special on building your own but I can't find it on their website at all.

I just want to find someplace that gives ideas on what to do to tweak your system, keep it cooler, and overall ergonomic.

Where could I find the best place for reviews on hardware etc...

If a mod doesn't find and move this you might want to ask over in the software forum. The more computer literate amoung use are most likely hiding out over there.
