I'm building a rogue/shadow assassin with a touch of ranger as well. First of all: Hunter of the Wild only allows for HQ on 2 successive rounds/encounter hope you know this. I would suggest either Human or Elf and go for brutal rogue. Dex primary; Str second; Wis/Cha third (certainly Wis if you take Elf). Augment Dex/Str all the time. At-Will: Deft Strike + Piercing Strike Not sure about the Ranger Encounter/Utility powers you want to pick up. Between Utility like Tumble/Ignoble Escape/Leaping Dodge/Dazzling Acrobatics and powers like Snake's Retreat/Scorpion Strike not to mention all the status attacks you have, I see no reason to pick up any Ranger Utility for tactical movement. At level 15 though, swap in the Adept Power feat and pick up Blade Cascade from Ranger (yes, even nerfed at max 5 attacks it's still that good). Pick TWF/TWD by level 14 (can use a shield up to then). You can opt to go for rapier+dagger. Using the dagger for ranged attacks or I-want-these-to-hit attacks like Imperiling Strike; rapier for the heavy hitters like Final Blow or Assassin's Point. Imperiling Strike (str as AC penalty) + Blade Cascade (dex vs AC) are a very good daily combo. More so with elven precision/human action surge + shadow assassin's action running during the routine. With your stats I would go: 15 14 17(+2 Elf or Human) 13 15(+2 Elf) 11 This allows for hide armor/spec hide at level 11 if you fancy more AC.
