Problem is, our playing style is such that we never really stay in one spot for long. We usually rent a room at the local inn for months at a time and then usually crash there. In addition, I'm not sure if my group would be into the whole "keeping track of upkeep" thing. They're already paranoid if we did have a place of our own, that the DM would rob it, destroy it, invade it, etc. while our group has been away adventuring.In regards to creating one magically, my DM has not really mentioned anything about this, since it really hasn't been brought up, but I have a feeling he wouldn't make it easy for our group.</blockquote>
