Adamantine is only rarely useful for this. Silver is slightly more useful than cold iron. Aligned weapons are quite important (good in particular). If people have suggestions on how to refine the guide, they will be welcome. I have only just started, and haven't even decided fully on what spreadsheet information is important. Also, it appears that some monsters aren't in the SRD, and I don't have the 3.5 MM yet, so this can not be seen as complete (no Slaad or Beholders, to name things which stick out in my mind).
