Profantasy finished the maps for the Eberron Interactive Atlas that Code Monkey Publishing was supposed to put out. Code Monkey dragged their feet (or WotC did with approvals) long enough that they didn't get it out before their D&D license expired. Given that Profantasy has the maps done last June, the Atlas was supposed to be out at GenCon (but it was announced that it would be delayed) and the license wasn't removed until November...
I haven't seen any fan maps of Eberron on the web. I did find a Fractal Mapper 7 version here.
