Four campaign ideas:

Charmed D20

M*A*S*H D20

The Phoenix Foundation D20 (based on MacGyver)

Pokèmon D20

Anyone got any thoughts on these?

They all seem easily do-able, except that last one. There's not really enough focus on the animal based skills to really have any impication of trainer's skill vs animal's stats.

Charmed d20 = A toned-down Urban Arcana. Something halfway between UA and Shadow Chasers.

M*A*S*H d20 = Erm. I suppose you could, but why? The entire point is that you're doctors in a hospital. Unless you're doing an almost pure RP experience, there's not much point. And you don't really need a mechanics system (especially one as combat-oriented as d20) for this.

The Phoenix Foundation d20 = Ohhhh yes. The players are essentially 'troubleshooters' helping out those in unusual situations. Can be a good non-FX game, especially if kept somewhat humorous.

Pokémon d20 = ... kill me. Please. ;)

I've wrote up some basic notes for Charmed d20. Nothing fancy just some basic information on higher level demons like Cole, and sopme ideas of frame works for the Charmed One's powers.

Twistnack if you wouldn't mind posting or adding a file to you post with Cole's info, it would really be appreciated. Or you could just email it to me. I'm golem2176@yahoo.com.

Here are my notes on higher level demons like Cole. They're pretty basic, this is one of many side projects that I tinker with when I get the urg. I made up some different elementally themed names for teleport. Cole of course shimmers and throws electricital bolts.

High Level Demon

Challenge Rating: Same as the base creature +2.

Special Qualities:
Demon Form: Str +4, Dex +4, Con +2. +4
Energy Affinity: Higher Level Demons have an affinity to a certain type of energy (including none standard energy types).
Immunity to chosen energy
A ranged energy attack
Teleport (Su): Long Range (the effect is the same, but each element looks different)
Generate Weapon: Dagger +1.
Natural Armor improves by +5.
Damage Reduction 10/+1
Darkvision out to 60 feet.
Immunity to normal poison.

Allegiances: evil
Advancement: By character class.

Element Teleport
Fire Smoke
Electricity Shimmer
Cold Frost (I made this up)
Acid Sizzle (I made this up)
Sonic Pop (I made this up)

Thanks twistnack. Actually I really do want to focus on a Charmed D20 (modern) campaign. I'd love to see the other stuff you've written up for the game. Also, I'm tinkering with the classes. Should Whitelighters be a Prestige class or a template? I'm not sure, but I think it work better as a prestige class. Half-White Lighters would definetly be a template, as it is something a character is born with. Anyway, have you written Cole's stats for him being The Source and the Uber-demon he portrays later in the show?

Whitelighers could go either way, Leo only seem to get a boost in power when he became an elder. On the other hand I'm sure the Elders wouldn't have sent a weak Whiteligher to protect the charmed ones.

I'm not very good at stating existing characters that's why I was working on a template not a character.

I'll have to go back into my files and figure out what extra abilities the Source had. The only thing I can remember is a switch to flameing out, throwing fireballs, and a healthy boost of power.

Uber-Cole had widespread reality warping powers, and was pretty much unkillable. I guess it still could be done though.

I'll try to post some more ideas in a day or two.
