Followup One of the first hints/actions I was thinking about throwing at them after they get their powers(whether or not they know each other) is a supervillain in a powersuit attacks. This is actually a scout sent to see if this world was worthwhile, or if it's defenders was too much for the company to handle. I plan on the suit being made of Impervium(from the Freedom City sourcebook) so that short of total annihilation, the suit will repair itself giving them an eventual access to information. Obviously(Per me as GM) the Impervium will be lightyears away from anyone on this world reverse engineering how to manufacture it. It may take them awhile to get any info out of it and the government may have confiscated it to try to research it. So they may not know initially any info from it. This may lead to an adventure for them to find any possible info out, somehow. The method I plan on them getting powers involves a few adventures where a specific section from The Guardians of Time show up. This section has the job of making sure a virtual "explosion" in the number of people with superpowers(mutants) show up in different civilizations throughout the universe and time. And now it is Earth and mankind's turn. They use different methods of doing this with each civilization they approach. I hope you guys don't mind if I mention thoughts I have for the campaign here...it helps me think about things I might need to do with it.
