Well crafted worldbooks by far. My life as a GM is rarely improved by a 150-200page adventure trying to be a setting stand in that forces med to stitch in muscles & bones a worldbook provides. Plus one of those two books can be read by a player to ease my load in positive ways while I'm running that book

I rarely buy adventure books, so it's not even a contest. But give me whatever I need mechanically to run the setting and I can use older edition lore (this wouldn't work for new settings, obviously), so I'm good with not having a campaign book in most cases as long as I have the game mechanics of that setting.
