Campaign World Mashup

It's a D&D campaign world mashup! That sounds like a pretty interesting discussion to me. ;)

Hesperia - subtropical coastal region

Geography

Imperial League - Founded by human merchant princes, this nation eventually fell under the sway of the minotaurs that were once their servants.

Chessenta - Once a mighty empire in its own right under the leadership of its demigod-king Alcides of Cimbar, this nation fell into infighting between various city-states. Disunified, it was an easy target for the forces of the Imperial League, eventually becoming one of its "protectorates".

Zilargo - Gnome dominated nation with a happy and orderly facade, hiding a dark underbelly of intrigue and skulduggery. They willingly agreed to becoming a protectorate of the Imperial League, affording them certain privileges and some measure of autonomy, but the Minotaurs know better than to trust them completely.

Religion

The region of Hesperia follows the gods of the Olympian pantheon. Priest of the pantheon as a whole tend to be more common than ones dedicated to a particular deity. The iconographic depictions of the various gods tend to vary. The gods Pan and Alcides are almost universally recognized as a satyr and human, respectively. On the other hand, Poseidon and Tyche will be shown as a centaur and a halfling as often as they are as humans. With the rise of the Imperial League, the human depictions of Zeus have given way to images of a chestnut brown minotaur with golden horns. In Zilargo, two of the most respected of the gods, Hermes and Aphrodite are most commonly seen as a great winged serpent and a beautiful siren enrobed by a ribbon of silver flame.
