Can a Druid use "Monster" Feats?

Can a Druid take the Improved Natural Armor and Improved Natural Weapon feats and benefit from them while in wildshape? I'm assuming a human druid who would only meet the prerequisites for these feats while using wildshape to assume an appropriate form.

"Monster" feats don't seem to actually have being a monster as prerequisite. I don't know if they were intended to be off-limit to PCs, but I don't think so.

I'm not sure it's RAW, but I'd probably allow it. Druid's have few enough feats that it doesn't seem unbalancing. The feats simply wouldn't operate in any form that didn't meet the prerequisites.

I would allow it to represent the fact that the Druid is spending time wildshaped in attempt to master the new forms. Of course I wouldn't allow the feats to work when he's in human form.
