Can a Magic Stone hit incorporeal undead?

Can a stone enchanted with Magic Stone be used against incorporeal undead, or does the magical enhancement not count for giving a 50 percent chance to strike the spook?

It hits incorporeal undead subject to the same 50/50 miss chance of any other weapon with an enhancement bonus.
