Can a PC duplicate monstrous Extraordinaries?

Title says it all, but...
Is there any way, 3.5, for a PC to duplicate the Extraordinary abilities of monsters? I mean this is a general way, not "the are ways to get Pounce", etc...

I really don't get what you're looking for. Obviously not get a specific fixed ability, like Pounce (Barbarian 1 can get this with Complete Champion). But...all the abilities of a specific monster? All the Ex abilities of a monster you turn into? All the Ex abilities of any monster ever written, accessible for a limited time? What?

master of many forms gets access to extraordinary abilities of the 'shaped form (at lvl 7 IIRC)

You're right on the "pounce" front.
I am looking for some feat/feature/spell that allows a PC to gain (even if only briefly) an Extraordinary of a monster.

My best guess is the basic Druid/MoMM.

I'd prefer UA Wildshape Ranger/MoMF, actually. (with extra wildshape at low levels)

And to top it off, Warshaper. (but that's more my preferred shaper build than focussed on ex abilities....)

There's always Pun-Pun, who can get any and every ability ever written. Heck, he may even be able to bestow them upon other characters.
