I originally tried to justify Mikara's stealth check and posted alternate results dependent on your ruling. Then I checked PHBII. She can't attack and stay hidden. The very act reveals her, and she can't hide during combat without cover, so no stealth check can keep her from being discovered. Dang!</p><p></p><p>Below was my turn if I passed the stealth check. Please disregard.
