Instead of buying a bow with a big enhancement bonus, it makes sense to get a bow with lots of special abilities and the AA supplies the magic ammo. It's the only smart way to get a bow for a 3.5 AA. But it's true, the class is weaker than it was, and the other archery PrC's more appealing as a result.And yes, Eldritch Knight is a good fill-in class to go with AA.</blockquote>
