Those are not the same thing.I assume it is there as clarifying text so that no one tried to say that because the hits normal damage was reduced to zero then it is similar to concealment.If it meant what you are trying to make it mean then the wording would have to be very different. In fact, they could have easily just used the same word that they used directly after it. It is not like the two conditions were very far apart.</blockquote>
