This is an excellent chance for you to learn the rules! Head over to Wizards of the Coast and download the character builder demo. It'll walk you through everything you need to decide.

We're happy to help with rules and questions, but asking other folks to make your sheet is a bit much.

You'll never learn if you don't try. And it really is incredibly easy if you've got the demo. Or, using the demo, you can click choose a race, class, type, and then click "quick character" to have it build one for you.

Maybe you could ask one of your parents for help? It is, as others have said, quite easy if you download the character builder.

It's not too bad. You know your race (elf) and class (wizard), so all you need to do is print out a character sheet, pick skills and feats, and select your spells. You'll be fine, and learning to do it is fun.

Another option is to ask your playgroup for help. This can help with making sure you fit in well with the group.
