Can you coup de grace with natural weapons?

Specifically, can a ghoul (bite & claw) deliver a coup de grace?

I believe that as long as you can do real damage with it you can perform a coup de grace.

Maybe this will help. If natural weapons are considered Melee Weapons then I think you are OK.

Coup De Grace (SRD)

As a full-round action, you can use a melee weapon to deliver a coup de grace to a helpless opponent. You can also use a bow or crossbow, provided you are adjacent to the target.

Sure, as long as the ghoul's using its natural attacks to deal lethal damage.
