Can you help with this caster ability feat?

I am sure that at some point I saw a feat that you could take to change the ability score that a caster would use, but I cannae remember what it was?

I only remember seeing a very specific version of this -- IIRC, Green Ronin's Hammer & Helm had a feat that let a dwarven sorcerer use Con instead of Cha. I don't remember seeing any general "swap ability of your choice for spellcasting ability of a class of your choice" feat.

Dynamic Priest (Dragonlance) bases some divine spellcasting things on Charisma rather than Wisdom.
