Can you recommend a good 8th level adventure?

The world is post cataclysmic, so no high fantasy, big city adventures. The characters only know of 7-8 villages, all smaller than a population of 500. I plan on running a modified version of the Scales of War to the west and north with a different set of characters, so maybe an adventure that could be a prelude to that would be good.

Between finals coming up and all my other projects, I am lost on what to do after the next session I am DMing on Tuesday (gnome pirate airships are coming after the characters for disrupting a trade route to a valuable ore).

So, any good site neutral 3rd party adventures? I have looked at most of the WotC written adventures and none seem to fit.

I've heard good feedback on one WotC adventure, Lord of the White Field. Surprisingly good they say (coming from WotC), levels are 6-8.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked out that one just yesterday. Looks like a good adventure but doesn't really mesh well with the setting at the moment. I might have to create my own adventure, but most of the time, they seem subpar when I do that.

Again, what I am looking for is an adventure that could be a precursor to the Scales of War AP. I plan on running that AP when these characters reach level 12-13 (they are 7 now) with new PCs.

I will throw in a vote for Last Breaths of Ashenport. It has some horror/Far Realm themes that may or may not fit your world. But the adventure itself is great, IMHO.

I really like Last Breathe of Ashenport and plan on running it one day, but in the state the campaign world is in, it really wouldn't fit in right now. I was thinking of adapting Ashenport into Freeport for a future campaign.

I'm thinking about running Sleeper in the Tomb of Dreams at 8th, and Dark Heart of Mithrendain at 12th. I'd still like to find a better one for level 8 though. Do an 3rd party companies but out 4th edition adventures?
