Can you subscribe, without getting an email?

I'd like to be able to see the threads I have posted to in my user CP, but I don't need to get an email every time the thread is updated. The only option I see is "email notification by default". Is there another I am missing?

There should be the option of no email notifiacation under your CP Subcriptions-> Subscription type

Thanks Rigur, but that did not work. Just as when I turn off email notification as the default that removes the subscription totally. I'll try the daily email next.
