D&D 5E Can't Get Enough - Rhenny's Game Blogs

Well, as a teacher (with summer's off), I'm enjoying the launch of 5e and trying to play and DM as much as I can.

I'm DMing Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle (I've updated monsters as best I can from new material) and I'm playing in a Lost Mines of Phandelver group as well.

We are enjoying our games, and with the arrival of the PHB, we are overwhelmed with character choices.

So far, we've played 2 sessions of Ghosts and 4 sessions of Lost Mines.

The pace is awesome. Lots of action, lots of story and a nice mixture of combat, exploration and interaction.

If anyone wants to see more about the games themselves, visit my blog and you can read the Session summaries for Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle and the PC Journals (written by Fen'olen, the High Elven Wizard) for the Lost Mines of Phandelver.

I am going to run Lost Mines... for a bunch of young newbies, so it was good to read your posts.

Well written too.

I esp like 'player' observations about how things went. Thanks.

Thanks Connorsrpg. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and it helped you too.

Good luck with your games!
