OR the armor ACP, whichever is higher.This models more closely the impact of encumbrance on skills, much like the Swim skill's special case.&nbsp; (Swim doesn't use ACP, but calls out a -1 / 5 lbs of wt. on checks.)Thoughts?/ds</blockquote>
