I haven't check to see if it had ship contruction rules in it. The crew for the caravels like the Nina and Pinta were around 25 men so I thought most of the ships in Corsair were too big. I was trying to use the deckplans in the WOTC book Stormreach for a Caravel in a Skull & Bones type adventure. I thought the ship to ship combat rules were better in there.
