Pathfinder 1E Caster of Zone of Truth Immune?

Is the caster of a Zone of Truth spell immune to its effects? If not, is there a magic item anywhere that would give an immunity to that spell?

AFAICT, the caster is affected. However, the area is not centered around the caster, and I see no reason why he would enter it.

There is Spell Immunity. Or simply making a save or having SR. Not aware of any other options.
