So, holding that lyre in one hand is enough to be able to use it as a spell focus. Also, technically, there's nothing that says the musical instrument has to be in good working order, so you're allowed to do the classic rock-and-roll trick of hitting someone over the head with a guitar if you want and still use it cast a spell...</blockquote>
