Castles & Crusades Monster Attack bonuses?

When monsters make their attack they get a bonus to hit equal to their hit dice: 1 hd monster gets +1, 2 HD monster gets +2, etc.
Right?

Will the M&T book have that statted out as a reminder?
I pulled down the PDF of the monsters and there is a poorly written blurb about that at the front of the document, but nothing in the stats. I'm thinking we'll forget about that bonus to attack as time goes by, and won't that unbalance the monsters?

Correct. I've houseruled that creatures with less than 1 HD have a +0 BtH.

Since the book hasn't been released yet, your guess is a s good as mine. I wouldn't be suprised to see it mentioned in the book, but I think to have it mentioned in each stat block would be redundant as long as the creature's HD is listed.

Does it really need to be statted out? 1d20 + monster HD + other stuff (Str bonus, whatever).

Forgetting to add its HD would be like a character making an attack roll and forgetting to add his/her BAB.
