As a attack action, the medusa head can makes a melee touch attack, and if successful, the target must immediately succeed at a fortitude save (DC 13), or be turned to stone. There is no limit to the number of times a medusa head may use this ability per day.</p><p></p><p><strong>Undead:</strong> Immune to mind-influencing effects, poison, sleep, paralysis, stunning, and disease.
