CB Demo Builds...

Is this old news?

I opened the CB today and saw several of the pictures had little E's on them... I clicked on, and it brings up the option to open a premade Essentials character... All the pictures do that.

Has this always ben the case or is this a new thing?

Hasn't always been the case, but not brand new either. I think it's been out for a month or so.

I'm pretty sure all the images have had demos in them basically forever -- I remember clicking 'em right around launch.

The E's are fresh though -- probably as a way to designate an Essentials character from a 4.0 character.

Yeah, it's the 'E's that are new. The images have always linked to pre-built characters.

Admittedly, until they put the E's on I had not realized that the block of faces was clickable

And I think they ought to move the Load screen into that space, instead.

Dear god, yes! Why do I always have to click past random characters to get at my characters that I actually care about? The whole UI for the online builder has way too many damn clicks for operations that should be much simpler.
