Cons are the risk of criminal charges within the statute of limitations, which I think is something like five years...though maybe you have limited immunity. That's a question for Marks. Or Garvey. Pros are that it's out of the media's eye, quick, no immediate risk of jail, and you get back in business. We should get the team's input before deciding.
