Message: <blockquote data-quote="CanadienneBacon" data-source="post: 3157520" data-attributes="member: 11146">With Kiaphas still standing in the doorway holding aloft his cherished holy symbol of Corellon Larethian, Karl and Elyan press their attack against the skeleton guardians within the secret chamber.  Karl, having met with substantive success using his bare fist, again swings at the animated bones.  Karl lands yet another mighty blow and deals 7 points of damage to the skeleton blademaster previously hit with a stone from Korgrave's sling.  As Karl's fist pummels the skeleton's skull into several broken shards of bone, skeleton 2 completely falls apart under the forceful brunt of Karl's attack.  Elyan, at work with his rapier, refocuses his attention on the third skeleton.  Elyan's reposte and lunge meets with success similiar to his first blow, dealing 3 points of damage to the skeleton.  As the red pinpricks of unlife falter and fade from skeleton 3's eyes and the bag of bones heap upon themselves in a neat pile on the stone floor, Elyan withdraws his blade, a bit of tibula still stuck upon the rapier's sharp tip.  Grotz, having girded his courage at the last, draws his newly found spear and moves to enter the secret chamber just as the last of the three skeletal corpses are dispatched by Karl and Elyan.  With everyone save for Korgrave and Rogue now in the 15-foot square chamber, things look to be a tight squeeze but manageable should the companions wish to camp here for a spell.End of initiative.  Please post at will.</blockquote>
