Chain of Command at WotC?

Who does what there right now? After the last batch of lay-offs, I've found it hard to keep track of who is in what position. Who is in charge of WotC in general? Of the D&D brand? Who is the point of contact for the licensing of products, like Cthulhu or Marvel Comics?

What's the heirarchy at WotC?
