Chameleon class questions

I really like the concept of the Chameleon class (Races of Destiny). But I have just a couple mechanics questions.

First, at 5th level when the Chameleon gains the ability to switch focuses mid day, it mentions that he still has to follow all the rules for memorizing spells if he wants to switch to an arcane or divine focus. If the character had gotten 8 hours of rest the previous evening, can he sit down and spend the hour to prepare spells after switching, late in the day?

at 7th level, the chameleon can choose 2 focuses. If I choose both the Arcane and Divine focus, do I gain the spells per day listed for both, or do I have to share the one list between both? Both mention gaining bonus spell slots from Int and Wis respectivly, if I share, do I gain both? Can I put an arcane spell in a Wis bonus slot?

Just wondering,
Grae

Yeah, me too.

For arcane spells, the character must have at least 1 hour of rest immediately prior to memorizing (PHB, page 178, left-hand column, under Rest); for divine spells, he can only prepare them at sunrise (that's under the Divine Focus description itself).

The spells per day should be for each focus, I would think.
