Changing Forms (Ex, Su, and Sp)

As a rule, do creatures that can change forms keep their extraordinary, spell-like, and supernatural abilities?

Yes AFAIK.

Actually, with Polymorph, Wild Shape, or Shapechange you lose supernatural abilities when you change form. Only Alter Self allows you to keep your supernatural powers.
