changing your voice? (for espionage purposes)

Making a Changeling Rogue and i was wondering if people actually pay attention to a characters voice when doing spyish stuff. I can't find solid rules or anything about changing your voice while in disguise as someone else. What would you guys do? does alter/disguise self change your voice? should i just roll a bluff check or what?

I'd say either a Bluff or Disguise check would make sense.

I think this belongs in the realm of the perform(acting) skill.

Even if alter self actually changed your voice, you'd still have to properly imitate a person's speech patterns, favoured expressions, etc.

Actually, I think you don't even learn the subject's known languages.

I'd think Disguise vs Spot includes changes in voice or accent, since it can be used even against close friends and intimates of the person being mimicked, and forces an hourly opposed check (iirc) under typical interactions with those associates. I assume "typical interactions" includes talking.

Skill Tricks such as Assume Quirk and Second Impression, which seem to cover this sort of situation, have prerequisites of Bluff and Disguise.
