And so you ask... what's a half-feat, or a 'quality'? It's precisely what it says; a feat divided into two. What? Doesn't make it more complicated? Book Synopsis:
What's a half-feat? The Book of Half-Feats breaks feats down into smaller parts, enabling more gradual increases of abilities and higher specialization of skills. Few rogues would want to waste a feat on just being an expert pickpocket, so there's a 'quality', or 'half-feat', for it. Bards get qualities that enhance their singing ability, Barbarians can now Intimidate with their brawn, without having to use up a whole feat slot. This 21-page PDF extends the possibilities for characters, creating more customization and variation.
