Did you know the recently-released Pendragon Gamemaster's Handbook includes two all-new scenarios for Pendragon, written by game designer Greg Stafford? Both scenarios are designed as either a starting point for a group of fresh Player-knights, or for use in an ongoing campaign.

The Adventure of the Crucible is intended for starting characters, and is the perfect way to kick off your Pendragon campaign. Lords, ladies, allies, and rivals are introduced as the Player-squires earn their spurs in a time of anarchy and desperation.

The Adventure of the King’s Gambit has the County of Sarum facing annihilation when the Saxons of Wessex launch an invasion. Can the Player-knights break through enemy lines and ride for aid in time?

In fact, all of the scenarios in the recent Pendragon releases can be run in sequence as a complete campaign. It’s designed to guide players through their first adventures in Arthurian Britain. The story starts in the years of anarchy when the land is without a High King, through to the drawing of the Sword in the Stone by Arthur and the war against the Rebel Kings, and ends with the strange affair of the Grey Knight.

Here is the complete scenario chronology of Pendragon to date, with the game year for each adventure:
