It was inspired by the <em>RuneQuest</em> 3rd edition sourcebook <a href="https://www.rpg.net/pictures/show-pic.phtml?picid=1005" target="_blank">Sun County</a>, published in 1991.</p><p></p><p>The original <em>Sandheart</em> was an inaugural release for the Jonstown Compendium by Jon Webb. In this remastered version its 39 pages have been expanded to 103 pages. It includes new art by Mark Baldwin and Ludovic Chabant, and a new section on Sun County Backgrounds by Nick Brooke (<a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/309765/A-Rough-Guide-to-Glamour" target="_blank">A Rough Guide to Glamour</a>, <a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/307504/The-Duel-at-Dangerford" target="_blank">The Duel at Dangerford</a>).
