It was inspired by the RuneQuest 3rd edition sourcebook <a href="https://www.rpg.net/pictures/show-pic.phtml?picid=1005" target="_blank">Sun County</a>, published in 1991.The original Sandheart was an inaugural release for the Jonstown Compendium by Jon Webb. In this remastered version its 39 pages have been expanded to 103 pages.
